Shipping

Delivery of gearboxes

We often use TNT to ship gearboxes overseas. Normally, gearboxes are sent directly to the repair shop fitting the box, but other addresses can also be specified.

The delivery address is to be specified at the time of ordering. The shipping company needs the name and phone number of a contact person at the delivery address. Please have these details to hand when ordering.

Packaging of gearboxes

We send gearboxes on pallets (most often half-pallets) or in crates of some sort. A gearbox weighs between 35 and 120 kg and thus needs to be carefully secured to the pallet. Sometimes, pallet collars are used to secure the goods better.

Return shipping

Way bills and instructions for return shipping are attached to the shipment unless otherwise agreed. You can use our packaging for return shipping. However, cable ties or ratchet tie downs will have to be supplied by you.

Payment

Normally, we convert our prices into Euros when selling to Euroland (we update our exchange rates once a week). Tell us if you wish to pay in Swedish crowns (SEK).

Invoice

Companies can become "invoice customers" after passing a credit check. For invoice customers, the order will be placed in a queue for delivery immediately after being ordered. The invoice will be sent, at the earliest, on the same day the gearbox is shipped.

Advance payment

For private individuals and businesses that are not invoice customers, payment must be made in advance. You can transfer the purchase sum to our bank account (IBAN/SWIFT). Once we have received a copy of the payment acknowledgement (e.g. by fax), the order will be placed in the queue for delivery. Please note that the production of unusual gearboxes will not commence until payment has been finalised, i.e. when the payment acknowledgement has reached us.

Payment in cash

Cash payment in SEK, NOK, and Euros is accepted.
